Your content: you own it. You let us host/process it to run the service. Model training is OFF by default unless you opt in.

Acceptable use: no illegal/harmful content, malware, scraping of non‑public areas, or infringement.

Changes & termination: we may change/remove features and suspend for violations or risk.

Liability: service is "as is"; no indirect damages; total liability is $100 or fees paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

Disputes: email us first; then AAA arbitration in Delaware with a 30‑day email opt‑out; small‑claims allowed; no class actions.
